Endicott, NY, May 22, 2007 – The W10M Series DC-AC inverter from Endicott Research Group provides a wide input voltage of 8V-24V, high efficiency, a low profile of <10 mm high, and reliable starts for LCDs backlit by one or two CCF lamps.

These inverters provide from 2 to 12 Watts of output power, with multiple connector options and a wide operating temperature range (-30º to +85º C). The starting voltage of the W10M is designed to automatically ramp up – up to 2400 Vrms – until the CCF lamp starts, making it an excellent solution for powering LCDs used in portable applications such as medical diagnostic equipment and handheld test and measurement instrumentation where compact size, high efficiency, cold temperature operation and absolute reliability are critical.
